Pre-Information Form
This Pre-Information Form has been prepared pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts to inform consumers prior to entering into a distance contract on the Mehmet Çopur (Seçkin Halı) ("Seçkin Halı") website.
At checkout (/en/checkout), an order-specific Pre-Information Form calculated automatically according to your basket items, selected dimensions, and delivery address is presented for your approval.

2. Core Product Characteristics, Total Price Including Taxes & Shipping Rules
Brand, model, design, yarn/material details, standard or custom dimensions, and VAT-inclusive Turkish Lira (TL) prices of rugs and runners are displayed on product pages and in the checkout summary.
Shipping fee rule: Shipping is free (0.00 TL) for orders with a post-discount net product subtotal of 5,000.00 TL or above. A fixed shipping fee of 250.00 TL applies to orders with a post-discount net product subtotal below 5,000.00 TL.
No additional handling or packaging charges are collected beyond the product price and applicable fixed shipping fee.
3. Payment and Delivery / Performance Information
When online card payment is active, payments are completed via credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment gateway (3D Secure). When online payment is disabled, the order record is created in awaiting-payment status as disclosed in the checkout summary.
Stated preparation times refer to dispatch preparation (handover to carrier), not carrier transit time:
- Ready standard-sized rugs: Dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-sized (cut-to-size / bespoke) rugs: Dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard items requiring supply/stock verification: Dispatch timing is communicated after verification.
- Mixed baskets: Each item follows its own preparation schedule; deliveries are made within Turkey and shall not exceed the 30-day statutory maximum period.
4. Right of Withdrawal, Return Conditions & Exceptions
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal for eligible standard products within 14 days from delivery without stating any reason and without penalty via My Account > My Orders, the online return form, or by emailing seckin.hali24@gmail.com.
For withdrawal returns sent via the contracted courier method communicated by Seçkin Halı, no return shipping cost is charged to the consumer, and the product price plus initial shipping fee is refunded within the statutory period.
Products custom-cut or bespoke-manufactured according to the consumer's custom dimensions or special requests outside standard catalog options may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-b of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. However, all statutory remedies under Law No. 6502 remain fully reserved in the event of defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.
