Commercial Electronic Message Consent
Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, this document outlines your consent for promotional messages sent by Mehmet Çopur (Seçkin Halı) ("Seçkin Halı").
1. Scope of Consent
By checking the respective box during registration or under My Account > Communication Preferences, you consent to receive marketing messages, discounts, collection launches, and promotional news via the selected channel (Email and/or SMS).
No promotional messages are sent to unselected channels. Opting out does not affect your membership or order status.
2. Messages Exempt from Marketing Consent
Transactional notifications—such as order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets, and account security notices—are not commercial marketing messages and are delivered independently of marketing consent.
3. Commercial Message Management System (İYS)
Your consents and modifications are registered with the statutory Turkish Commercial Message Management System (İYS) as mandated by law. You can also manage your permissions directly via İYS.
4. Withdrawing Consent
You may revoke your consent at any time, without stating any reason and free of charge, through any of the following methods:
- Under My Account > Profile Details > Communication Preferences,
- Via the unsubscribe link included in our promotional emails,
- By calling our customer service at 0530 086 02 24.
5. Contact Information Updates
When you update your email address or phone number, previous communication preferences remain applicable until you modify them.
