2. Membership

Membership is free of charge. You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, current, and truthful information in the registration form.

Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You can update your information anytime under My Account > Profile Details.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Passwords are stored using non-reversible one-way cryptographic hashes; our staff cannot view your password and will never ask for it.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please change your password immediately and notify us. When your password is reset, active sessions on other devices are terminated.

4. Orders

Account membership creates no obligation to place an order. For every order, pre-information forms and distance sales agreements are presented; consumer rights are safeguarded under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

All prices on the website are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT. In the event of an obvious clerical error in pricing, we will notify you and offer free cancellation.

5. Use of the Website

• The website must be used in accordance with law and public order.
• Automated scraping, bot traffic, system disruption, or unauthorized account access attempts are prohibited.
• All trademarks, logos, visuals, product texts, and imagery belong to Seçkin Halı or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

6. Personal Data and Communication Consents

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Personal Data Protection Notice.

Marketing communications are sent strictly through channels you have opted into under the Commercial Message Consent. You can modify your communication preferences anytime under My Account > Profile Details > Communication Preferences.

7. Termination of Membership

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting us at 0530 086 02 24 or seckin.hali24@gmail.com. Records subject to statutory retention (e.g. invoices and order archives) are preserved for mandatory legal periods.

Accounts engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities contrary to these terms may be suspended or closed.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time with date and version stamps. Material updates are communicated to members. The version in effect at the time of your agreement remains archived.

9. Dispute Resolution

Turkish law governs all disputes. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within statutory monetary limits have jurisdiction over consumer transactions.
