Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject and Scope

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of rug/carpet products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Product Specifications, Price, Shipping & Payment Terms

Product brand, model, design, size (standard catalog size or Buyer-specified custom width × length), quantity, VAT-inclusive unit price, and line total are clearly displayed on the product page, shopping bag, and pre-payment order summary.

All prices on the website are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT. Shipping is 0.00 TL (free) for orders with a post-discount net product subtotal of 5,000.00 TL or above, and a fixed 250.00 TL for orders below 5,000.00 TL.

When online card payment is active, payments are processed via credit or debit card through the secure 3D Secure iFrame infrastructure of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, and card credentials are never stored by the Seller. When online payment is disabled, the order record is created in awaiting-payment status as explicitly disclosed in the checkout summary.

4. Dispatch and Delivery Rules

Ordered products are delivered exclusively to addresses within Turkey. Stated preparation times indicate dispatch preparation duration, not carrier transit duration:

• Ready standard-sized rugs are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-sized rugs cut or prepared to the Buyer's requested dimensions are dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• For standard items requiring supply/stock verification, dispatch timing is communicated to the Buyer after verification.
• In mixed baskets, each item is subject to its own preparation schedule. Maximum statutory delivery time shall not exceed 30 days from the order date.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For standard products eligible for withdrawal, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

Withdrawal notice may be submitted within 14 days via My Account > My Orders, the online return form, or by email to seckin.hali24@gmail.com. Following withdrawal notice, the Buyer returns the product within 14 days free of charge using the contracted courier method communicated by the Seller.

Upon valid withdrawal, all payments collected—including initial delivery shipping charges—are refunded to the Buyer's original payment instrument within the statutory period.

6. Distinction Between Standard and Custom-Sized Products & Exceptions

Standard catalog sizes offered on the website (such as 80 × 150 cm, 120 × 180 cm, 160 × 230 cm, 200 × 290 cm) are subject to the right of withdrawal.

Pursuant to Article 15/1-b of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer may not exercise the ordinary right of withdrawal for products custom-cut, manufactured, or personalized according to the Buyer's specific measurements or requests outside standard catalog options. Any applicable exception is disclosed prior to order completion.

This withdrawal exception for custom-sized products does not apply if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or delivered non-conforming to the ordered specifications. In such cases, all statutory consumer remedies under Law No. 6502 (refund, replacement, price reduction, or free repair) remain fully reserved.

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds

The Buyer may request cancellation for orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, requests are processed under withdrawal and return provisions.

Refunds are transmitted to the credit/debit card used during payment; reflection time on the statement depends on the card-issuing bank.

8. Dispute Resolution and Enforcement

Turkish Law governs this agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's domicile or place of transaction have jurisdiction within statutory monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
